Racing had to be eventually canned after a windy day on the water at the Omega Auckland Match Racing Regatta with the Farr MRXs on the limit. Ben Ainslie and his TeamOrigin crew remain the class act, having claimed the scalps of Sebastien Col and Chris Dickson (yes, he’s back...) today to go 8-2 up. This of course is merely the prelude to the main event – the Louis Vuitton Trophy which kicks off next Tuesday, nicely conflicting with the Puma Moth World Championship taking place in Dubai next week – see the latest blog from Tim Penfold here.
