UK sea trials over for British C-Class team

Tuesday July 20 2010 Author: James Boyd Location: none selected

Taking place in a month’s time in Newport, RI, the Little America’s Cup (if we’re allowed to call it that) is lining up to be a fine event. Not only are six or seven of the 25ft long, solid wingsail-driven C-Class catamarans competing but there is added interest from the ‘big’ America’s Cup, with BMW Oracle Racing still deliberating over whether to go mono or multi for the next event. Among the competitors is BMW Oracle Racing skipper James Spithill. Following their last sail in the UK this last weekend, we catch up with Paul Larsen about the UK challenger, Team Invictus.
