The Volvo Ocean Race boats have had a difficult night as they have encountered a dying front, with Puma making the best of it. In Hyeres at the Semaine Olympique Francais, Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson have taken the lead in the Star after the weather turned light yesterday. In the Global Ocean Race the mid-fleet is now exiting the trades. Knut Frostad discusses the Volvo Ocean Race breakage and looks forward to the next race. At Warsash Sailing Club's Spring Championship there was the first indication of the form of those gunning for the British team in the Brewin Dolphin Commodores' Cup.
