Team Volvo for life Laser sailor, Paul Goodison, talks about life at the top
Paul Goodison is ISAF ranked number 1 Laser sailor and a member of squad of sailors in Team Volvo for life. In this first instalment of these occasional video diaries from squad members as they go about their daily business we get a look at life for Paul in the first big event of the year in Palma. After a couple of tough windy races Paul heads off on his bike for a one hour cycle ride to "loosen up his legs". He also talks about the day-to-day pressures of Olympic level competition in the first of a series of these video diaries. Specifically Goodison discusses the high level of fitness and physical strength required to succeed. This clip is three and half minutes long and is 27MB.
