In a light and shifty winds of the Medal Race, it was the Austrian team of Thomas Zajac and Tanja Frank that won with Mandy Mulder and Coen de Koning taking second with Franck Cammas and Sophie de Turckheim third. This upturned the overall final results completely with Mulder and de Koning came out on top followed by Valreaux and Audinet and with Morvan and Riou third overall.

For Mulder and de Koning this concluded a difficult sailing week for a very strong field competitors, with 13 races sailed, one protest lost and an OCS.
