First sailing image of Alain Gautier's new 60ft trimaran

Following on from madforsailing's recent interview with Alain Gautier on the topic of his new 60ft trimaran Foncia, here is the first sailing shot of her. Ellen MacArthur will be once again sailing this boat during some of the events on the ORMA Grand Prix circuit for the 60ft tris this year.

Note the more open cockpit better suited to fully crewed racing and the transom hung rudder on the mainhull.
