Stainless at it's best in top quality tool and equipment range

On the second floor of the London Boat Show, in the quieter extremes of the balcony are many niche suppliers of specialist fittings and materials.

At stand (293B) of Craythorne and De Tessier is a range of high quality stainless steel tools and equipment. These include the Sea Spanner, a rugged adjustable spanner which incorporates a shackle key and a large key for deck filler caps. The range includes top quality spanners, pliers, side cutters and a recently introduced stainless steel socket set, available in both metric and imperial sizes.

Another 'must have' gadget is the Megapro screwdriver which incorporates seven double ended, assorted tip drivers in its handle - slotted, Phillips, Pozidrive and torx stars, in different sizes. The large 'grippy' plastic handle has a rotating head and hand guide on the shaft - no more blisters! And this is again of highest quality with stainless steel shaft and electroless plated, chrome vanadium bits to minimize rusting.

Bosco 100 boat HookThe Bosco 100 boat hook is a remotely released hook that enables you to come alongside and secure your boat to a buoy or cleat and then take your time completing mooring. When you wish to leave the Bosco 100 fitted warp can be left attached until last and then remotely released, making single handed docking and leaving a hassle free job.

The hook comes with a telescopic pole and fitted with a four metre rope with an internal release line running through the centre - this is pulled sharply to release the hook.
