A selection of images from photographer Carlo Borlenghi's latest art book
Top Italian photographer Carlo Borlenghi, whose images regularly appear on thedailysail, has a new art photography book published entitled, About Sails. While Borlenghi has been undertaking his numerous assignment - he was official photographer for Prada for the last two America's Cups - it appears he has been looking at his subjects in considerably more depth and the result is About Sails. His work demonstrates that, without any editing whatsoever, that the symbol of the sail - the engine of all yachts - can be found all elsewhere in every day life. With his unique eye, Borlenghi shows that while interpreting the world around us, the reality is always far more complex than it initially appears. About Sails contains pictures taken between 2000 and 2003. More examples on the following pages... 1234567next ›last »
