Following their withdrawal from the recent Regate de Rubicon race, Jean-Pierre Dick's Open 60 Virbac will be back in action in time for the third IMOCA Grand Prix to be held in Marseilles from 5-8 June.

Dick, who is having a new Farr designed Open 60 built for the Vendee Globe, withdrew from the Regate de Rubicon with mast track problems, which he has solved following a pitstop in Barcelona.

Simone Bianchetti's Tiscale, however will not make the Grand Prix. She suffered a topmast breakage which caused her to pull out of the Regate de Rubicon in the final stages and put into San Remo.

This will leave six boats to compete for points in the IMOCA Championship and its 12,000 Euro purse.
