The 29er UK Nationals are underway in Weymouth
A wet and windy day greeted the 55 29ers, many who had come from as far away as Norway and France, for the first day of the UK National Championships.
Three races were scheduled but as the wind increased through the day and more was on its way the fleet were sent home after two. It was a tough day for many of the fleet but for those who could handle the conditions there was some spectacular sailing to be had.
