Racing abandoned for the day at the Flying 15 Worlds

All racing was abandoned for the day at the Flying 15 Worlds at Hayling Island SC . . . After a long wait ashore, the fleet was released just before 14:00 hrs but the wind did not prove stable enough and all racing was abandoned for the day.

The time of the warning signal for the first race on Wednesday will be brought forward to 10:00 hrs, and two races will be scheduled for all fleets.

For the World Championship it is intended to start the Gold Fleet first, the Blue Fleet will follow, racing on area Bravo. For the Classic & Silver divisions the same schedule will apply, racing on area Alpha.

Racing finishes on Thursday.
