American body to issue rating certificates

In response to requests from race organisers and some competitors in the US, the US Sailing Offshore Office will assume responsibility for processing data and distributing IRC certificates for US flagged vessels. Seahorse Rating Limited will provide the ratings. ISAF recently recognised IRC as an International Rating System.
