Bell Lawrie White, one of Scotland's leading private client investment managers, have announced today their continued title sponsorship of the Clyde Cruising Club's Scottish Series.

Having previously sponsored the event for three years from 2000 - 2002 the firm have agreed to continue their involvement with the highly successful regatta for another two years.

The Bell Lawrie Scottish Series is the premier yacht racing event in Scotland and the biggest annual regatta in Britain after Cowes Week. The five day sailing competition will take place between 23-27 May 2003 on Loch Fyne at Tarbert and will be organised by the Clyde Cruising Club.

For the last twenty-eight years, the Scottish Series has attracted sailing enthusiasts from all over the world. Last year, over 200 racing boats took part along with support boats and more than 1,000 crew from all over the UK and Ireland.

Fraser Gardiner, Director at Bell Lawrie White, commented: "Due to the success of the previous regattas it was an easy decision for us to continue our involvement with the Scottish Series. The event continues to attract a large amount of interest from sailing enthusiasts from all over the country and it provides us with a great way of informing our target audience of the services which we offer at Bell Lawrie White.

"Through our continued sponsorship we are keen to build on the previous success of earlier years and we greatly look forward to attracting even more competitors."
