Ben Ainslie took Pippa Middleton sailing in a Bordeaux 60, to help the 'royal sister' in her research for her column in the Telegraph.

Pippa Middleton, younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, has sailed since she was a child.

The group spent two hours on the water sailing from Royal Lymington Yacht Club, their tour taking in the Needles and beautiful coastline before mooring in Yarmouth Harbour.

The group were finally welcomed to the George Hotel in Yarmouth where they had lunch. Pippa, Ben and their party enjoyed the view from a table in the window of the George Hotel restaurant before departing by Ben’s BAR Scorpion RIB back to Lymington.
